Selection technique: Needle-by-needle selection through innovative design devices, one for each feeder, fitted on the machine below the needle cam box sections. Each device has 39 selection levels, with individual control jacks that swing to raise the needle.

The device consists of a fixed support and an interchangeable cartridge, where the selector jacks are inserted depending on the pattern chosen for the fabric. The cartridge can be easily changed. The selector jacks can be loaded in the supporting cartridge by means of an electromechanical machine with two levers (miss and tuck), while the pattern is read.

Main features
Three leg stand with ring, rotating on ball bearings and flanges in oil bath, quick stop-motion device in case of yarn rupture or needle breaking, slow start, by electric impulse or hand crank, signalling lighting.
Three side gates that stop the machine if opened.
Positive yard-tensioning device with continuous regulation by means of belt variator. Two feeder support rings with independent transmission shaft.

Upper and lower cleaning devices on the knitting head, with rotating fans, and on the frame by compressed air, with blowers all around the diameter of the machine, directing the sweep of air at set intervals.One shift electric tachometer, with programmed stop. Modular creel with yarn guide. Motor with frequency variator driven by an electronic card for continuous variation of speed, electronic display shows the reason for the stop.
