MJT – Double knit circular knitting machine with electronic needle selection in the 3-way technique for knit pattern jacquards and fabrics with stitch transfer

Traditional Orizio modular frame with renewed functionality,
resistance and design, featuring a new control panel compatible
with new technologies, with integration of machine control, needle selection and following functions:

- Pattern limited rotation speed
- Diagnostic warning signals and machine stop display
- Yarn tension setting
- Reset method selection/tensioning
- Electronic control of tensioner ensured by electronic self adjustment
- Pilot use of piezoceramic actuators
Vast assortment of different patterns and stitch combinations through the Orizio Designer graphic software, that also reduces the non-productive time of pattern changing, by using a modern software for coding and recording.

Excellent performance
The concept of the cam profile and double selection system was designed for achievement of optimized conditions for the loop formation, so as to ensure a perfect knitting with the lowest power consumption and, consequently, reduced consumption and wear on all machine elements. Each feeder is fitted with two electronic needle selection units, with selection performed by piezoceramic actuators.

The first unit selects the needles that will seize the yarn or remain inactivated. The second unit delivers the loop or holds it before seizing the new yarn. The actuator is used to select the transfer from the cylinder point to the dial. The electronic selection allows also for immediate change of stitches, and the pattern and transfer can be cancelled, fully or partially, as needed. It is also possible, evidently, to create basic patterns. Vast array of fabric structures available: basic stitches based on interlock and rib, jacquard.
