- Motor with Inverter control system to achieve the adequate speed, for
speed variations from slow speed to fastest.
- Pulsing key for a very slow starting speed (needle-by-needle), instead
of hand controls. Lighting lamps on the knitting head.
- Mechanical tensioner with constant feed tension, adjustable by variating
jockey pulleys according to the type of fabric manufactured.
- Feeders mounted on two rings, or on three, if the use of feeders for
elastomers is forecasted.
- Knitting head with 2.4 feeds per diameter inch.
- One housing for each feeder fitted on the dial, with selection cams
in 2 tracks. The boxes are easily interchangeable, to facilitate the change
for knitting different structures.
Yarn guides with individual movement, mounted on a single ring to facilitate
the setting and adjustment.
Micrometric adjustment of fabric structure settings available.
Lubrication of dial and cylinder needles by a high pressure electromagnetic
pump. The knitting head and the parts in contact with the yearn carried
are cleaned by compressed air and fans systems.
Needle-by-needle selection by mechanical and ceramic actuators (one for
each feeder with 16 levels), electronically controlled by the on-board
computer, to copy the needle selection (3-way technique).
CPU, display with touch keyboard, 3.5 drive disk, electronic control cards
for the actuators, boards for interface with machine users.
Expandable capacity of 2 MB operational memory, simulated display of several
stops and diagnostic for possible failures.
