JSVE – Single knit circular knitting machine for production of terry jacquard with electronic sinker selection

Traditional Orizio modular frame with renewed functionality,
resistance and design, featuring a new control panel compatible
with new technologies, with integration of machine control, sinker selection and following functions:
 

- Pattern limited rotation speed
- Diagnostic warning signals and machine stop display
- Reset method selection/tensioning
- Pilot use of piezoceramic actuators

Versatility
Knitting machine with 1.5 feeds per diameter inch, with closed track for the cams, needles and sinkers, and position control, fitted on individual boxes and with multiple sections, to facilitate the maintenance.
Electronic selection of double nib sinkers with 3-way technique at the same feed, without changing or moving the cams, for production of high loop, low loop, or no loop jersey.
Feeders pre-programmed for knitting with elastomeric yarns.

Sinker selection by means of piezoceramic actuators protected by patent (1 for each feeder at 8 levels).
The machine has a vast potential, allowing for the production of terry fabrics for specific applications, large-sized, single or multiple colored fabrics, with embossed terry effects only on specified jersey ground, areas with high loops and areas with low loops, with or without elastomeric yarns.
The electronic selection also allows for immediate change of stitches, and the pattern can be changed or cancelled, fully or partially, as needed. It is also possible to create the fabric from selected patterns.
